Twilight photography

Requires a separate visit to the listing around sunset & includes up to 6 angles - $250


*No charge for listings within 60 miles (round-trip) of Eliot, Maine. A fee of (.75¢/mile) will be applied for distances over 60 miles to help cover the cost of gas as well as time spent driving.

* Photos will typically be delivered within 48 hours of the shoot.

* Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancellation or rescheduling is needed. Any photoshoot canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a $50 fee, $75 if within 12 hours, and full price if canceled or rescheduled within an hour of the agreed appointment time.

*During the period of time you have an active listing, you can use the photos however you wish, to promote and advertise the property, including posting on MLS, Realtor.com, or other web sites, ad placements in on-line and print media, post cards, flyers, brochures, banners, billboards, etc. Once the home sells or if the listing is terminated for any reason, all rights to the use of the image expires. 

With permission, agents/brokers may use images after a sale on their website to showcase or document past sales- Provided they are not transferring, or using the images for any other purpose.

In all cases we maintain full intellectual property rights to all images produced during the photography session.

Manipulation or alteration of original images sent is prohibited.
